1-on-1 Peer Support Sessions
Private support with a peer facilitator:
We now offer 1-on-1 sessions for more personalized support. We can also offer email support, click here to contact us.
These sessions can be online or in person. Talk about recovery with someone who has lived experience of mental health struggles.
Peer Support is a non-clinical way to work on mental health struggles and recovery. We do not diagnose, treat, or submit any documentation or your personal information. If you are in active mental health crisis, please seek crisis-specific services.
